DSCR Calculator
DSCR loans qualify you on the property's rent, not your personal income. Check the ratio before you apply.
How it works
- DSCR = the property's monthly net income ÷ the monthly loan payment (principal, interest, taxes, insurance and HOA, depending on the lender).
- 1.0 means the rent exactly covers the payment. Most lenders want 1.1–1.25 or higher for their best rates.
